Workspace statuses

What are the different states my workspace can be in, and what do they mean?

There are 5 possible statuses your workspace may have. They are outlined below:

  1. Available: Your workspace is available for you to connect to and perform your analyses.

  2. Pending: Your workspace is being provisioned. Workspaces may take 5-15 minutes to become available.

  3. Stopped: Your workspace is stopped; select “Start workspace” to change the status to “Available”.

  4. Errored: Something has gone wrong with your workspace.

  5. Terminated: Your workspace has been terminated. You are unable to access or re-start this workspace.

  6. Unknown: View the FAQ / Contact an administrator.
