Email notification "Service Workbench workspace termination notice"

In order to ensure unnecessary costs are not incurred, Service Workbench will terminate workspaces that have not been active for more than 21 days. You will receive a notice similar to the one below notifying you of workspaces that will be terminated.

In order to save and backup your work, follow the steps below:

• Sagemaker workspace: Start your workspace (it should be in the "Stopped" state). Ensure all of your notebooks are saved.

• Windows: Nothing needs to be saved as the datasets will be saved in your "S" folder. However, if you want to save your previously run SQL queries, you can save them in a file in your Sagemaker notebook.

"Thank you for using AIM-AHEAD Service Workbench. This is to notify you that the following instances have not been logged in for more than 21 days and are scheduled for termination in 7 days. All data not saved in your user-specific folder (based on your SWB log-in email) will be lost. To avoid this from happening, you will need to log into { https://swb.aim-ahead.host } the instances within 7 days."
