"Unable to Connect" Error Message in Remote Desktop Application, Error Code: 0x204

When connecting to the Windows Workspace via the Remote Desktop application, you may see the error show below:

If this error appears, close the window either

A. create a new PC in the remote desktop application using the information in the Connections section of your active Service Workbench Windows Workspace , or

B. Edit the hostname field in your current Remote Desktop PC to match the first host field in Connections section of your active Service Workbench Windows Workspace

Each time you Start a pre-existing Windows Workspace in Service Workbench, the host field is updated, so it is best practice to create a new PC in your Remote Desktop Application each time you re-start your workspace.
