# I can't get through to the log-in page on SWB.

You may have trouble reaching the SWB log-in page if your browser is in a language other than English.  See examples below of the page you may see:

To log in successfully, you will need to set your browser language to English. Here is an example of where to find the setting in Google Chrome:
