Once you have created your cohort, clicked "Select Data for Export," and selected additional variables for export (if required), you can then click the "Export Data" button. This generates a Dataset ID that is associated with the query you have built.
There is an option to save the dataset ID for future reference. To do this, you can click the "Save Dataset ID" button, which will display the following modal.
This will offer a field to name or label the dataset ID (in this case, the user has labeled the dataset ID as "test_dataset_1"). Additionally, there will be prepopulated fields that display the dataset ID and the username. There is also the option to copy the dataset ID directly to the clipboard.
Once the dataset ID has been labeled and the "Save Dataset ID" button is clicked, the Select Data for Export modal will be displayed again with the successful save message shown in at the bottom.
The User Profile page of the PIC-SURE interface provides a table overview of previously saved dataset IDs.
There are several actions available to manage the saved dataset IDs:
Copy can be used to copy the dataset ID to the clipboard.
View can be used to view the details associated with the dataset ID, such as variable filters and variables added to export.
Archive can be used to remove unwanted dataset IDs from the table. Note that archived dataset IDs can be unarchived.
To view previously archived dataset IDs, click the "Include Archived Dataset IDs" button to display a new table with these IDs.
